Introduction about Paleo / LCHF Lifestyle

About Me I am Nirmal, Author of Paleo LCHF blogs and Practitioner for almost 3 years, Back in my teens, I was really fit and athletic. When I shifted to a desk job I developed a sedentary lifestyle and gained rapid fat. From the humble 60 Kilograms, I reach whopping 125 plus kilos of body weight over the course of 13 years.
